1 large can, industrial size of crushed tomatoes, or smaller to
                        equal 102 oz.

1 large onion diced

2 tbsp garlic powder, or minced garlic

4 tbsp of Italian seasoning

2 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp black pepper

sauté onions in pot to clear and then add all other ingredients.

bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Tips:  this can be simmered as long as you want to blend all flavors or can be made ahead of time and let sit in fridge over night.

meats can be added, spicy Italian sausage or hamburger to make sauce for spaghetti.

this may seem like a lot but everyone has had the problem at some point where the sauce runs out before the noodles.  this will not and any leftovers can be frozen.
