6 small potatoes, cubed (peeled or not)

2 c. sour cream

15 slices of bacon cooked and coarsely chopped

3/4 c. butter

1 tbsp black pepper

2 cups of shredded cheese

Boil potatoes for 30 minutes, stir in large bowl potatoes, sour cream, bacon, butter and pepper till coated evenly, then place in 2 1/2 quart casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, pull out, sprinkle top with the cheese and return to cook another 10 minutes.
