1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Powdered sugar, approximately 1 cup, but add to taste 1 can pie filling, preferably a jell type, one that will 1 graham cracker crust 1 small tub whipped topping
In mixer bowl cream the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy, add powdered sugar to taste depending on your desired sweetness. once well mixed and no lumps of sugar, spread into bottom of crust, make level spread pie filling on top of cream cheese, smoothly cover with whipped topping refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving, or make the night before needing is best as cold as possible, but not frozen.
